One-Day WorkshopSaturday, August 3, 10:00 am-4:00 pm, Melrose
This is more than a self defense class. Learn skills of awareness and focus for the"inner game of self defense," developing trust in instincts, composure, and clarity. Display a physical confidence-presence. Learn how to be "present" so as to not be an easy target. Instead of presenting as a "victim," Instead learn to be empowered, flexible, and resourceful in conflict and high stress situations. Move beyond fear responses, possibly changing old triggers of "being a victim." Most importantly, learn how to define boundaries as "rules of engagement." This teaches others how we want to be treated.
|Don't pull a Dorner; LAPD hates competition|
