You didn't really think I was going to let you off the hook this time just because it's been mentioned in connection with Men's Health Month (Week), did you???
BUDDY BALL CHECK DAY
If you're new around here - and some new Faithful Readers have signed up - Buddy Ball Check Day happens on the 15th of each month. This is the day you should do a TSE. If you don't know how, check the previous Ball Check posts - more than a few contain a link to a very good YouTube video wherein a doctor demonstrates on a young man and then he performs the check again for you.
Now, get busy folks. Check those nuts. Then call, text, email, IM, chat, Skype - - whatever means of communication you choose - - and remind every male in your life to check his balls. Buddy up if you want to, check each other's balls. Straight dudes - go ahead teach your lady (or ladies) how to check yours. You just never know what may come up for some follow-up fun.
Then, while you're at it, go ahead and do a cum check. Look for small traces of blood...IF you see tiny lines of red or pink and there has been no recent trauma to your berries please make an appointment to see your doctor or a urologist. The sooner problems are caught, the easier it is to take care of them.
While we're at it, you may as well do a piss check too. Traces of blood in your urine could be a sign of kidney or bladder cancer, or some other medical issue. Again, if you haven't taken any hits to your lower back and there are signs of blood in your urine, seek out medical advice!
And, yes, it is best to do, as we used to say in the military for the random drug testing: PITB - Piss In The Bottle. That way the urine doesn't mix with water, or run down a drain before you can check the results.
So many of the troubles we guys can experience with our packages can be easily and quickly remedied if caught soon enough. Early detection is tantamount to a full recovery so you can continue to enjoy what nature provided.
Have a great weekend, everyone!
