In this month’s issue of Men’s Health magazine, in a tiny little sidebar, Darius states, “I’ve seen men lose up to 2 inches off their erections because they didn’t have enough sex.” He then goes on to hand out a prescription to all men: Masturbate as often as you’d like to be having sex. “What really matters is having an adequate outlet.
